Participation to the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid.

The registration for in-person attendance includes:

• Digital book of abstracts
• Coffee breaks

The registration for online attendance includes:

• Online participation and On Demand
• Digital book of abstracts

Attendees are requested to pre-register and receive confirmation from the Conference Secretariat.

• Due to protective filters that may interfere with the reception of messages, please also check the SPAM/JUNK folder of your e-mail after completing your registration.
• Upon completion of you registration you may send us your request for invitation letter at secretariat@conferre.gr

Insurance

The Organizers as well as the Organizing- Administrative Bureau of the Event will assume no liability for injuries or losses of any nature incurredby participants and/or accompanying persons, or for the damage, loss, or theft of their personal property during the Congress. Participants are advised to take out their own health, travel, and personal insurance.

Photographs and/or video will be taken during the conference

By taking part in this Event, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the conference’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
