Oral Presentations:

Duration (7’ in total)
Each oral presentation should not exceed 5 minutes.
It will be followed by 2 minutes discussion.

You have to be strictly consisted with the time slots and to respect the flow of the scientific programme.

E-Poster viewing:

All e-posters will be displayed on exclusive plasma screens (ppt form) and will be available during all Sessions of the Meeting and on line on a special section of the official Meeting website.

Kindly note that the guidelines must be followed accordingly for the preparation of the e-posters.

Language
All abstracts should be prepared and presented in English language (official language of the Meeting).

E-Abstract Book
Abstracts of all Oral and e-Poster Presentations of the Meeting  will be included in the e-Abstract Book of the Meeting.

Note:

• We would like to remind you that the Registration Fee covers one abstract, therefore for EACH abstract the Registration Fee for at least one of the authors must be paid.
  In order for your abstract to be included in the official program and the e-Abstract book you have to proceed with the registration payment by 25/9/2022.
